Post This may help

Type I (Nephrotic)
There’s Subendothelial electron-dense deposits , IgG is present. associated with HBV and HCV

Type II (Nephritic) also known as Dense deposit disease.
There’s electron-dense deposits in the lamina propria of the GBM and in Mesengium, there’s also Presence of C3 nephriric factor in irregular granular pattern By IF . so this factor stabilizes Alternative complement Pathway, binds to C3 convertase and prevents its inactivation by Factor H
No IgG is present..

Hope this helps and please correct me if I am wrong.
