Question General Principles of Health and Disease?

I just took UWSA1 and scored the lowest (by a good bit) in general principles of health and disease. I also scored almost as low in physiology. These are consistently my lowest-scoring areas, but can't seem to pull them up. I do have BRS phys, but I take my exam in a few weeks so I'm not sure how practical going through that book would be.

Two questions: from what source can you review general principles of health and disease in a concise manner, and and suggestions on a quick review of phys (esp renal and cardio) besides FA- I can't seem to grasp it well from FA.

Thanks!

When is ur exam? I too feel that my weak points in physio are cardio, respi and the action potential stuff. U knw what? i just startd lookin at BRS abt an hour ago(that too the pdf version) .. started with membrane potential stuff, im really liking it. I had read the respi chap a few weeks ago and i felt i got a better undertanding too.
so if ur exam isnt too close, i think u shud read those chapters from BRS physio!

I take it on the 16th. I'm thinking also now that BRS is probably worth the time, at least for resp, renal, and cardio. Thanks for the advice and good luck to you!

Anyone know about how to go about studying for "general principles of health and disease" (as quoted in UW )?

I'm going over the questions to the UWSA as we speak, and it seems like mostly preventative stuff- just broad and vague things like when people should be screened for stuff, and best OTC supplement for different diseases.
