UFAP Method -- UWorld, First Aid, Pathoma.

12 weeks. Each day, match up corresponding FA with Pathoma, then hit a 40Q UWorld set. Timed. NON-Tutor mode. Review every word of every answer.

In the final 1.5 months, ramp up your UWorld to 2 sets/day. Do 3-4 NBME's 2-3 weeks out of your test date.

Usually with a basic grasp from kaplan lecture notes or recent medical school knowledge, one may only need to review first aid and add annotations to the book from qbanks and pathoma. Once your book is prepared usually a second run on uworld and taking nbme test (weeks apart from each other) will help to raise the score. The more first aid review and more timed test challenge, the better.
