The first rule of thumb is to remember that the patient is the one with disease.

Step 1: Stop panicking. Recollect yourself.

Have you registered for it?

What have you done since your year of graduation?

first off, chill! chill and cool down..

then gotta focus right? if you aim 230ish then FA and UW enough maybe some topics in Goljan..

Make a focused schedule and you're good, why not?

We are in the same boat! I graduated 4 years ago. Now I'm using UW to study not for test. I use UW + FA + pathoma and Google if need. It really takes me a LOT of time to annotate stuffs to FA. Somebody think this a good idea?

I had gone through the same situation as you. You dont need to remember all of kaplan and Goljan but FA and Uworld should be in ur mind completely. When I was preparing for second time, I referred only kaplan notes for anatomy and bio-chem coz these subjects are bit lacking in FA. The rest I studied ony from FA and Uworld. Trust me being thorough with FA(latest edition) and Uworld is enough to get 250+. I dint read goljan during second time. I scored 237 in the exam, I know not a great score but I screwed up on the exam day mainly. In my last nbme I got 245.

start with FA read 2-3 times. then start UW subjectwise 1-2 blocks each subject, then timed random.

230 is pretty decent score but if you aim +250 you should dedicate at least a year.
