Default Does NBME 18 over-predict?

Can anyone who has their actual step score in hand share how well form 18 correlates with the real thing?

I am just wondering if it over-predicts because I got a 3-digit score of 269 on NBME 18 - quite a leap from from my other NBMEs.

My lowest was 251 on NBME 12, taken a few days back.

Has anyone else received a significantly higher score on Form 18 compared to all other forms/their actual step 1 score?

No self assessment is a 100% predictor but you can expect your score to be -10 to +10 range of your predicted
