How should I structure my breaks during the exam?

Last day of studying today! (Free 150 and chilling tomorrow)

I need to get a game plan for the actual test.
I can't go 2 blocks straight, so I have to take a break between each block.
But the duration, when to eat, when to use an energy drink, etc. is what i need to determine.

How's this sound?:

block 1 - break for 5min (pep talk to reassure myself i'm a beast and i got this)
block 2 - break for 5min (protein shake)
block 3 - break for 5min (banana)
block 4 - break for 20min (eat lunch - 6inch sub)
block 5 - break for 5min (half a rebull)
block 6 - break for 10min (half a redbull + pep talk for last block)
block 7.

total break time used: 50min
total break time available (w/skipped tutorial): 60min +/-5

How does that sound?
Am I forgetting about anything I should/shouldn't do? Or any other factors on test day?

u have 1 hour if u skip tutor
ur plan is good
but dont change any of ur habit in ur day exam
if like drink coffe drink it
if u dont use energy drink dont use it in exam
and somtimes u will feel u have energy to complete 2 blocks togather
and for lunch 20 min may be alot will be enough 15 min and dont eat a lot in lunch ok
land about drugs take pain medication with u like in the morning take pill so that u will not have headache and use profen cream for u back in the morning of exam so that u will not have back pain all my friends have it except me
and remember the 1st block we always feel bad after it dont be ok
and the night b4 exam sleep well like 6 hours even if u need to take midzolam

good luck

good callllll

umm i have no idea

maybe the developmental milestones?

so you get a little white board that u can scribble on and stuff during the test (ie. work out equations and such on it?)

and when you sit at your computer, the exam starts at exactly your scheduled time, or you can sit there for 5min, write on your marker board and then start your exam at say 5 after the hour?

dr. nick,
try to calm down before your exam starts rather than rushing on writting stuffs on that marker sheet...based on the idea that you have pretty much nailed most of the amnestic stuff....

good luck buddy...you are the beast !!
