Default FA and annotations!

My step 1 FA is falling apart, im thinking i should take it to a store. Maybe they can cut off the spine and put a 3-hole binder in it.

Problem is, im afraid those holes will be smack in the middle of some of my notes (maybe even some of the book's printing).
I have all sorts of notes in it. UW notes, kaplan notes, random tips here and there! it's become almost twice the original size!

Anyone try the binding thing before? Did you have any problems with it?
