Just remember the important ones! Therez some mnemonic in FA but i like DIT's mnemonic more.

for INHIBITORS of p450, the mnemonic is PICK AGES (pick egs according to DIT but i modified it)
P protease inhibitors(indinavir,ritonavir)
I isoniazid
C cimetidine
K ketoconazole

A acute alcohol
G grapefruit juice
E erythromycin
S sulfonamides

Now for the INDUCERS of p450 the mnemonic is BCG PQRS
B barbiturates
C carbamezapine/chronic alcohol
G Griseofulvin

P phenytoin
Q quinidine
R rifampin
S St. John's Wort

Hope this helps! Works great foe me!
