Help Question - 2 days before

Hey All,

I take Step 1 saturday. I've gone through first aidx2, sketchyx2, pathomax2 and 50% of uworld. 2 days left, should I take an NBME to refine my studies or is it not worth the time? The alternative is save those 4 hrs and focus on high yield review of everything. (ie Goljan notes, pathoma "high yield" and biochem paths.)

UWORLD: 30th percentile, 47% correct. My scores have been going up all week.

Thank you!!

Do you have a target score?

If you do and haven't taken any NBMEs yet then you should probably take one to make sure you are in the ballpark of your target score, because for all effects and purposes you can only take this exam once.

Do not take the step until you get the score you want on nbme
It is cheaper to postpone the date of the exam and to prepare better than failing or getting a lower score than you wanted

I unfortunately need to take it this weekend. I'm just reviewing pharm and HY. I want to pass, that's the plan. I made PPTs for every qworld question I was somewhat unsure of, if I were to take the same 50% of qworld again, i'd get close to a 100%
