Default Strengthen your weaknesses

Go over your weak areas. NBME gives you a detailed analysis of how you did in each subject and system. Start with your weakest. Read the theory and do more questions. That's the only way of increasing your score. No short-cuts.

IMO the Kaplan Lecture Notes for Biochemistry are the best of the series. But if your exam is close then doing something completely new which you have never done before is not a good idea.
Best strategy would be to do more questions and then see which areas are you weak in. You will have a good idea about that after going through the explanations of the questions that you would do. It could be fat metabolism or protein metabolism etc. Then go back to your primary source and revise just those chapters.
I only did KLN for Beh Sciences as well. I have heard good things about Fischer's book on medical ethics. Most of the students say it only takes about a day to finish the book. Again depending upon which parts from Beh Sci are you weak in, you can focus your revision.
Good Luck.
