Default Seizures and driving

if someone was diagnosed with a seizure, when is it ok for them to get behind a wheel. I got a question and i dint know anything about it. nbme 18 section 3 question 15

The answer to that was that the guy should be allowed to drive. His condition was well controlled by medication and he hadn't had any seizures in the last 5 years.
