Sphygmomanometer Orthostatic hypotension in pheochromocytoma?

Can anyone explain me the mechanism behind low plasma volume leading to orthostatic hypotension in pheochromocytoma????????

blood vessels receptors of norepinephrine become desensitized (or number of receptor decreaesd) due to large amounts of norepinephrine secreted from pheochromocytoma

so when pt stand from sit position norepinephrine cant do its job(constricting blood vessels) so BP will drop
