Default Sailing in the same boat.

Hey!
Try making the whole schedule from now till the month you plan to give the exam.
Reading without a target date of completion of syllabus takes up a lot of time.
I was doing the same thing earlier.
When do you plan to take up the exam?

Dont set your goal to be taking it in March or April. Setting such a long time line to write your step only will get you slower. At least for me i'd be thinking, "I cant get this done today, maybe tomorrow, i have like 12 months anyway"

Instead, u gotta make a short term goals and actually push yourself to meet them. Ie. Take the exam in December. 6-7 months is more than enough time (even including a read through kaplan). U can even skip some areas of kaplan that are well covered on first aid (pharm and micro/immuno). Of course go through them if u are really weak in those areas.

Remember the days before your exam, u'll being saying to yourself, "Man if only i had 1 more week, it would make all the difference!" Well this is your week. Treat each day as if its the most important step day. Dont lose pace.

Also find a study partner. They'll help to keep u on track.
There are plently of online schedules other have posted you can refer to.
