First Aid Can I use FA 2008 edition?

Hi!
I need some advise. I'm looking to take the USMLE by the end of the year or early next year. However, I already own FA 2008 edition as I was supposed to take the exam then but didn't. Do u think I should go ahead and use the 2008 edition or buy the 2012 edition? I've read on here that there are not too many changes in the book.

I have had the same dilemma about FA2011 and 2012 , in the end i bought 2012 i have to tell it's big difference first of all the color does add to that boring book, secondly if you decide to do DIT it will be more associated with the latest editions 2011-2012. Last but not least, it's so cheap i mean relatively to the other stuff why not?

Obviously things are removed and added every year its better to stay up to date, nobody will go and dig and find the differences but im sure there are some!

in the end BUY IT!
