Default Exam tomorrow:suitable drug to get sleep soon urgent!!

hi

I will have exam tomorrow and through the previous week

i wasn`t able to get to sleep soon but too late up to the daun

What is the most suitable drug for sleeping to night

As you know the examtaker`s should have a


good night sleep to attend the exam hall calm and quit

what do you suggest with dose?

waiting for immediate answer

i took zopiclone 3 mg. warked nicely for me....had a 7.5 hours of sound sleep

zopiclone is a BZ1 drug (no negative effect on cognitive function) available in here in Europe but not in the US...what you have is eszopiclone or Lunesta. I took 3 mg of it plus 40 mg propranolol. It is indeed a good idea not to wait until the last night to try it..you know, pharmacogenomics..everyone has their own reaction to the drug...

haha true! oh is propranolol and zopiclone both OTC druugs? Im in europe too and i am an extremely anxious insomniac person! I think i should try those like a week before the exam and see
