Easier, concentrated on High yield material, appr. 200 pages, very comphrehensive, pure histopathology & pathologic anatomy ( no pathophys,no pathobiochemistry, no clinical scenarios or physical findings) <- Pathoma
First time it needs about 15 days imo.

Appr. 700 pages, High, Medium & low yield infos Includes very useful pathophysiology, pathobiochemistry, clinical scenarios & physical findings concepts. First time it needs about 1,5-2 months ( i don't belive that people have done it along with every audio leqcutres and all chapters within one month ) <- RR Patho

if your exam is in 5 months go for goljan, if in less go fo pathoma

I did Pathoma i just finished it today.. It's amazing.. Dr.Hussain did an amazing job with very nice explanations… i have my exam in 2 months i hope i will be able to do it again ..
I can recommend doing Pathoma.. It's 35 hours with 200 pages to read.. but every line is important.. i think pathoma will be like the pathology first aid soon
