Star Cram time for usmle?

hey all

im in my third year of medschool right now (ENT, ophthal and community medicine if youre wondering).

i bought the first aid book for usmle step 1, and it seems to cover a lot of bases. what im wondering about is, well, i want to write step 1 right after my final year or during my internship, which gives me between 1-2 years to prepare. can anyone please tell me whether or not i should start prep already? or should i hang on for a bit n focus on the college level exams first?

and since im majorly stressing about both, haaaaaaalp!!!! :sorry::sorry::sorry:

This decision to study now compared to later is all on you. If you think you need 1-2years to prep all the material then do it. If you find that time is limited after you finish what you need to so you can take exam I would do prep now. If you have time later then prep later then. Again whatever makes you most comfortable.
