Smile Advice step on july 30th

I'm a recent IMG with LORS from the US in different specialties (Radio, surgery and Fam Med).

I have been studying for STEP 1 for almost a year. I want to score very high like 260.
I have done Kaplan Notes + videos + live lectures. I have reviewed MEd Essentials + First Aid (read it entirely).
Still pending to review Pharm, Physio and Aantomy Kaplan Notes.
I took an NBME 12 on monday and got 228.
Just purchased UWORLD and plan on doing questions per system + review of FA with Kaplan Notes.

Should I attach to my STEP 1 date (July 30th)? or push it further (aprox SEpt 15) repaying the exam? My elegibility period ends on July 31st.

Should I apply this year (rushing it) considfering I already have LORS? or just push STEP 1 further aiming for a higher score and Improve my application?

Need help outthere from someone wise
