USMLE Scores Understanding the NBME Self Assessment Scores!

Hey,

Can someone please explain what 300/180 and 230/142 in assessment tests mean.
Are they saying we will get 142 in the exam (if so) what does the 230 stand for.
I am just starting the usmle world mcq's from tomorrow.
I thought I'd take a test to see where I am and I guess I shouldn't have taken it.
I plan to take the exam in September.
I'm hoping the Uworld bank pays off (as I've read in all the other forums)

replies will be appreciated thanks.
