Question Help out a kid with millions of doubts

This is maybe the 10000th time someone's asking about this, but i'll take my chances...I am an IMG and just started my pathology coursework. Our curriculum is so bad(you have no idea).I have almost 1.5 years before taking step 1.But as my curriculum wont help me a bit, should i go through rapid review by Goljan? No expectations just yet,but i have time. Will it be worth trying? Thanks a lot..

i have first aid(2016 edition)..my plan is to watch pathoma video(for a background knowledge development)..then skim through goljan blue margin texts,tables..that will solidify the concept and then go through first aid of the corresponding section..i know it sounds like overkill but as i said,i've got a lot of time and my course syllabi kinda su**..so no regret for me..hope this works..thanks for the advice..
