Question Tick-Born Disease with Highest Mortality!

Which of the following tick-borne illnesses has the highest mortality if not treated?
A. Tularemia
B. Babesiosis
C. Rocky Mountain spotted fever (RMSF)
D. Lyme disease
E. Ehrlichiosis

According to medscape among tick bite infections RMSF has the highest mortality.... it causes hyponatremia causing edema in medulla oblongata and death!!!

Default Why not Lyme?

Remenber that Lyme disease may result 3rd heart block, so it`s higer mortal than RMSF

RMSF has the highest mortality of any tick-borne illness in the United States (up to 30%).
