Default Physiology Question

Hello everyone
I need some help concerning this question:
"An antrectomy may cause:
1) Pernicious anemia
2) Achlorhydria
3) Decreased levels of gastrin
4) Hypoalbuminemia
5) Increased levels of CCK"

I know that an antrectomy will obviously lower gastrin levels. But the question uses "may" so I thought of answer number 2. (lower gastrin means less acid)
What do you think?

Primary drawback is decreased levels of gastrin.
