Question Omitted versus Wrong Answers!

in the real exam, does it make any difference in score between an omitted question and a wrong answer? or both actually will be considered the same?

I don't know for sure. But I think a wrong answer is pretty much the same as a no answer

They are both the same, you will get zero for both an omitted or a wrong answer.

But it's recommended that you don't leave a question unanswered because even if you don't know anything just pick randomly any answer as there's a 20% chance (if there are five options) you will get it right
