Unhappy NBME Form 12 Scored 490(219)

I really need some advice guys. I took NBME 12 this past Saturday and I scored a 490, which is about a 219 on Steps. (I also took UWSA2 and scored a 226 but that was more so just to get used to a 7 hour exam..plus I heard it tends to overpredict your score so I'm not using it to get my hopes up). I took NBME EXACTLY a month before and had received a 330 (which about about a 182). My UWorld blocks have been ranging between a 55-70% the last two weeks, and then today, I scored a 52% which freaked me out even more. My question is, is it possible to raise my score to atleast a 240 in a little over three weeks? Or is it better to postpone my exam by another week or so?

Also, if raising my score is possible, then what is the best way to go about it? I was planning on doing a second read of goljan within the next 10 days before taking another NMBE. Should I continue with that plan or just focus on FA and UWorld questions? (I've skimmed through FA once before I actually started studying and then sat there and read it right before I took the practice test.) I also did DIT over christmas just to familiarize myself with the material in FA. Should I just rewatch those instead?

Another thing is, I haven't really scheduled my exam yet because our school does not allow us to postpone the exam once it's fixed. But I am getting drained from studying as it is so I'm really confused. PLEASE HELP!

Just, don't panic!
Be honest with you!
Look your weak subjects and go throw it again in three -five days and take another NMBE.
Good Luck!

It's possible to increase your score to 240 in 3 weeks, a little risky though, but doable. An NBME one week before your exam will answer that question.

Based on my experience and others on this forum, DIT provides you with a huge jump in your score -but only first pass.
Second-pass DIT will not increase your score that much, maybe a few points at best.

I believe that the very last step in our prep should be toward consolidating FA and UW.
I think going through them as much as possible before the exam to get a bigger picture and to cement the HY concepts, is the way to go.

Definitely do another NBME before going into the exam (if not several more).

Good luck!
