Gross anatomy is quite low yield. So i would say a BRS of any kind would do. Are you incorporating any Kaplan videos into your studies? those do help with the kaplan lecture notes if you are a visual learner.

As for biochem, i find lippincott quite interesting though too heavy for a step review. Kaplan might be the best out there. Also look into "USMLE Road Map Biochem by LANGE" I fell in love with their presentation style.

Are you attacking this is the order in which you presented? 1 to 8...

Your plan looks fine but you might consider following points:

1)Do kaplan Q bank(offline, subject wise) as you are going thru your second read and before doing online U world in(timed, random mode).

2)Kaplan anatomy along with videos are enough but if you want to dig deeper then go with time tested H.Y gross anatomy.

3)For Biochem stick to Kaplan along with its 2010 videos(Sam turco is awesome) plus draw metabolic pathways as much as you can.

4)Goljan is gold standard but if you are touching this 600pages book for the first time then it can be overwhelming, in that case you can opt for "Pathoma" which comes along with High quality 35hrs video and is an easy going ride of about 208 pgs that can be easily revised later plus Dr sattar will also go thru each histopatholgy /gross pathology slides - you will love every second of it (any loop holes/deficiency can be supplemented later with F.A and U world which are already part of you plan)

Best luck ,study hard and study smartly

Lippincot is good but you cannot handle this book at the end of your prep(remember key to success is repetitions once you understand the concepts) you can use lippincot as a reference book during your initial phase but my 2cent advice would be to go for kaplan along with kaplan 2010 videos(trust me Raymon may sound monotonic but he is excellent teacher)

biochem+genetics and Behavioural science videos are must and pharm video although 35 hrs long are awesome .

You can download videos from torrent or more easy approach would be to buy them from your nearest med school book shop and i am sure they must be a having complete set of dvds
