Listening 10 days left

The internet is going down and then back up again (so i'm having trouble scheduling my exam)

The phones are down and up as well (hence the trouble with the scheduling again)

None of us are getting any sleep because of the noises (that are getting closer and closer by the day)

I'm spending all day watching the news and peeking from the windows so I can get an idea of what the f*** is going on!

How am i supposed to do this stupid exam if I can't schedule it! Can't take an NBME! Feel like im going to piss in my pants every ten minutes! And constantly worry about who is in our neighborhood!

A cold winter, maybe! A hot summer, sure!
But this is nothing like a nice, cool "spring"!
---------------------------------------------------------
My father said that no matter what, my exam will be now! Because they're all waiting for me to finish so we can leave.
So i'm going to schedule it at the beginning of august, almost 10 days from now.

My target score is +220, I don't have the capability to get more.
Anyway since I have a passport and a one-year research coming up, i think it's enough.

Question is:
What do I do during these 10 days?
How do I efficiently plan these 10 days to get the biggest possible jump in scores from them?

A recent NBME showed 214.

Can I reach the 220 threshold?
If yes then encourage me, if no then be realistic and honest.
I don't want any sugar-coating, and I don't need any bashing.
Advise me as if you were talking to your self.

This forum and everyone in it, are a god-send.
Thank you all.
