Question Molecular Bio and Neuro

I'm currently preparing for my Step 1 exam and everything is going pretty much smoothly except for Molecular Bio. Can someone please recommend a good book, notes ...etc to review this topic. I have the Kaplan books and FirstAid. Also if anyone knows a good qbank for the molecular bio portion. I know this topic is heavily tested on the exam and I really want to master it.

My second question is, does anyone know a good website for neuro and anatomy pictures, (MRI, CT, Angio, X-ray, cross sections of the spinal cord... etc).

Many thanks in advance,

Default Molecular Biology and Neuroanatomy

There's no molecular biology qbank
All you can do is segment USMLE World for biochemistry
In Kaplan qbank there's molecular biology segmentation but their bank as of today constitutes only 19 questions!

So the best way, is tackle your biochemistry (as a whole) and then start doing biochemistry qbanks that would definitely include molecular

As for the Neuroanatomy CTs and images check this site it's very useful

Three more useful Neuroanatomy websites:
In addition to Sabio's Neuroanatomy CT's he mentioned check out these:
http://www9.biostr.washington.edu/da.html
http://www.neuroanatomy.wisc.edu/sc97/text/p1/intro.htm
http://library.med.utah.edu/WebPath/.../NEURANCA.html
of these three I highly recommend the first one

The best Neuroanatomy book as per students feedback is this
High-Yield Neuroanatomy
Check this thread for the poll
http://www.usmle-forums.com/best-usm...-step-1-a.html

Your best bet for a molecular biology short and concise book is this
High-Yield Cell and Molecular Biology

The only Molecular biology questions books that I know of is this
Rapid Review Histology and Cell Biology

Here's my advice to NVME

Never bother yourself about any of the books recommended to you
stick to your Kaplan and FA and do the UW qbanks and you'll get your 99
Trust me
