Listening Is it possible to score with weak background knowledge?

A lot of people have told me that with weak background knowledge it's going to be impossible to score really high.

What is the difference between someone who scores a 230 and someone who scores a 270?

Is it even possible to score high with very weak (read: no) background knowledge? I am afraid I'm going to go too far into studies only to realise that reviews just aren't enough for someone who hardly knows anything about medicine.

Didn't understood ur question properly. With your statement " no background knowledge" what you mean exactly.
If you are medical student or graduate you should have some knowledge of medicine. If not then how you are passing your university exams. ( don't want to be offensive ).
About this exam it's hard and tricky but very much achievable with common IQ. So don't listen people who say only genius can pass this exam. Hard work is key here. I am not an expert but hard work always pay off. So study well and nail this exam. ;-)

I'm a graduate, but the examination system was terrible. Imagine; in some exams 65% of the MCQs were repeats from previous exams.
