Default suggestion

Are you taking exam this dec.?
Ya doing Dr. najeeb's videos are good but very time consuming. So i recommend you the normal pattern. Follow KLN+ videos, watch dr. najeeb videos for few important topics not all, goljian rapid review, First aid, Uworld and any other Qbank if possible.
best of luck

Koolkiller88 is right. I am also a fan of Dr. Najeeb but his lectures can be quite extensive for Step 1...This is because he goes in dept into the topic, drawing, explanations etc. One thing i would say though...if you do learn a topic from Dr. Najeeb, you tend to remember it better because he makes it make sense with his silly example correlation.

Good luck
