Default Kaplan Qbank User Interface

Hey guys,

I just purchased a 30 day subscription to the kaplan USMLE Step 1 Qbank. I am now surprised about the "old" user interface which looks nothing like it should. There is this light blue header with "USMLE Step 1 Qbank" and there are, for example, no links to kaplan med essential contents in the review screen. The test screen does not fit the browser window so that there are two seperate scroll bars. Is it just me or is there a general problem?

Thank you

I also have online Kaplan Qbank...I have everything like you on mine except that mine has links to the medessential and FA...May be you should call them.

I had done mine 28% a week ago...but had some problem ,I called them.and all they could do is to reset it.

Thank you for your reply!

This kind of interface is somehow annoying. A friend of mine did Kaplan Qbank a month ago and when he used it, it made a perfectly clear appearance, just like in kaplan's promotion video.

You are right, I will give them a call
