I agree Albright hereditary osteodystrophy VS mcCune-Albright syndrome

Albright hereditary osteodystrophy:

Lack responsiveness of the kidney to PTH.
Elevated PTH.
Low calcium and high phosphates.
short stature, round faces, mental retardation, short 4th and 5th metacarpals.

mcCune-Albright syndrome:

Pigmentation: cafe au lait spots.
Precocious puberty.
Polyostotic fibrous dysplasia( bone is replaced by fibroblasts and collagen).
