USMLE Books Kaplan Notes or FA General Principles

Hello everybody,

I need to know, are the Kaplan Lecture Notes the best source to study from ?
I know some people that study from first aid (general principles + organ system) instead of all Kaplan books, the first edition of these two books was in 2009 but I don't know if is it good source or not ..

please any advice in if anybody knows?

thanks in advance

FA General Principles and Organ Systems Books have a new edition in 2011. However, most students chose to do Kaplan Lecture Notes instead.
