Default Thinking out loud

I postponed my exam again (this is the 3rd time i think, maybe even more, i lost count).
It was supposed to be in a week, but due to a miserable NBME taken today, I had to postpone yet another time.
Everyone I've met on this forum is done with step 1 and I'm still here like an old creep lurking around.
------------------------------------------------
My stats so far:
-NBME 12: 165
8 weeks later
-NBME 5: 205
6 weeks later
-NBME 7: 214
4 weeks later
-NBME 11: 200

As you can see, after 4 weeks of hard studying I went down 14 points.
(of course, sadly enough, every NBME was supposed to be my last)

-------------------------------------------------

After postponing, my exam is in exactly 21 days.

With 21 days left, the plan is:
- 12 days: FA cover to cover plus UW notes
- 1 day: NBME (probably 13, or one of the old ones if i'm too scared)
- 7 days: Weak areas and miscellaneous (CT's, pics, equations, etc)
- 1 day: Day before exam. Known rule of no studying
- Exam

--------------------------------------------------------

The only excuse I can think of is that these 4 weeks have been hectic and crazy and very non-distracting.
A week in the middle of these 4 weeks passed by with no serious studying, and in the remaining three I wasn't as focused as I should have been.

Since step 1 material is very volatile, I feel the only thing missing is squeezing all the material into a short period of time.
Now that I've moved into a safer and more peaceful environment, hopefully I'll be able to concentrate and finish everything step 1-related in 12 days.

We shouldn't give up, good luck to all.

I had a similar last 3 weeks even though my exam is in Sep. I am having a tough time concentrating.
But :sorry: we'll get through! Don't worry!
