Default cardiology question

45 y.o caucasian male dies 2hrs after onset of severe chest pain, diaphoresis, and palpitations. At autopsy, the left anterior descending artery shows 100% occlusion. light microscopy of the affected area of this patients myocardium would most likely demonstrate

a) Edema and punctate hemorrhages
b) Myocyte hypereosinophilia
c) Extensive macrophage phagocytosis of the dead cells
d) Fibrovascular granulation tissue with neovascularization
e) Dense collagen scar
f) Normal myocardium

Yup it would be normal myocardium for first 6 hrs.

I believe the color would be pale but it's not in the option so F

Some books say until 6 hours, first aid says 4 hours though.
