Default UW & NBME concept

This concept has been coming up on UW and several NBME's.

What's the difference between the following:

Granulocyte macrophage -colony stimulating factor
(molgramostim, sargramostim)

Macrophage -colony stimulating factor

Granulocyte -colony stimulating factor

I understand that all of these have to do with bone marrow stem cell differentiation (WBC's and platelets and RBS's and even osteoclasts), but since they're all being listed as different choices in the same question then I guess they're different (I always thought they were different names for the same thing!)
