Hematology Grains of sand in cold blood sample!

A 16-year-old high school cheerleader presents with low grade fever, pleuritic pain and a non-productive cough. A sample tube of her blood was placed in ice, and "grains of sand" appeared in the glass portion of the tube. Therapy should include which of the following?
A. Ampicillin
B. Erythromycin
C. Oxygen and external cooling

B Erythoromycin. Mycoplasma pneumonia producing cold antibodies.
