don't understand the ...q but i think u are refering to some kind of spread of infection. by air and by saliva(droplet)... are u referring to TB...? throw more light on the q..

ya, on spread of infection. for instance in varicella prevention we do both.

i want to know what droplet means ? just saliva ? or anything else

droplets expelled from URI.. I.e coughing sneezing saliva droplets yack yack yack!!!
