Hahaha USMLE step 4 question.. ;-)
Orgasm and resolution doesn't seems an answer.
Confused between excitement and plateau phase.
Now a guys gut feeling say.. It may be plateau phase.

Just read some details about this topic in wikipedia.
Sexual response cycle is divided into 4 phase
Excitement , plateau, orgasm, resolution.
And ya how to remember-
Excitement - see the target ( sexual stimulus)
Plateau - load the gun (partial erection, semen formation begins)
Orgasm- fire
Resolution- clean the barrel ( relaxation of muscles)

Default correct answer :)

The answer is c) Orgasm

Premature ejaculation, as discussed in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 4th ed. (DSM-IV), occurs during the orgasmic phase and refers to a pervasive pattern of orgasm and ejaculation with minimal sexual stimulation. In this disorder, the man ejaculates before, on, or shortly after penetration. Male orgasmic disorder (i.e., inability to achieve orgasm following a phase of normal sexual excitement) is an example of another disorder in men that occurs in the orgasmic phase.

They way I will remember that issue is that in premature ejaculation a man doesn't skip any phase, he just runs to the orgasm phase much quicker.

Thank you all for your input
