Default sn sp value for highest predictive value

Several tests have been developed to measure serologic markers of breast cancer. The sensitivity and specificity for
diagnosis of early stage breast cancer vary from test to test. If positive, which of the following tests will have the
highest predictive value for the disease?
o A) Sensitivity - 80%, specificity- 90%
0 B) Sensitivity - 65%, specificity - 97%
o C) Sensitivity - 70%, specificity - 94%
0 D) Sensitivity - 75%, specificity - 92%
0 E) Sensitivity - 85%, specificity - 90%

**this is how i am working this question out...

which of the following tests will have the
highest predictive value for the disease?
this means q is asking about PPV..right ?
for a test to have high PPV, there should be high Sn . option with highest Sn is E. so i marked E but ans is B .
so where i am gettig wrong. please help.!

There is a nice discreption in chapter 2 behavior science Kaplan notes. Epidemiology chapter. It's described by a diagram. So bit hard to explain but in short above mentioned concept is worth remembering.
s(P)ecificity- (P)ositive predictive value
Se(N)sitivity- (N)egative predictive value
