Info DIT

Just saw an ad of DIT. Is anyone here using or trying to use DIT as part of exam preparation? How is that? Do you think it is worthy taking that courses? The online lectures are really expensive.

DIT is way too highly overated.it's not worth it at all if you can sit down and mug up FA yourself.it literally reads back FA in an annoying way but surprisingly, somepeople said it helped them.I download it free in this forum before the administrator deleted it but the 15days I spent on it is useless.
Pls don't waste yourmoney in DIT

Yeah, I don't think it worth the money nor the time spent on it. I only did it for 1 day, and I didn't like it at all.

All I can say that is good about it, it's the organization. Other than that, you would be better investing that time on FA on your own, provided that you understand the basics. If you don't know the concepts, going through DIT is worthless, and if you do know concepts, going through DIT is worthless.

But then others like it.....

Default Depends on person to person

I am not done with DIT yet. As i am doing FA's first read but i saw one or two videos of DIT. It helps to remember stuff from FA. For people you can remember without using it. Its good for them but i think everyone have there own method. So my recommendation. Go on torrent and download 2010 DIT. Its worth doing that. Don't pay extra money for that. That same money you can use to buy any other Qbank. Which i am sure will help you more then DIT videos.

I don't agree with you. DIT is a must for the step 1, if you want to increase your baseline score.

Out of all the things that are a "must" out there, DIT is not one of them. It is far from being a "must".

There is a reason FA is hard-to-read book- IT NEEDS CONCEPTS! DIT doesn't give you these concepts, they just read for you and kids tend to like it because, as I said, reading FA sucks the life out of anyone.

The only thing that is a "must" for this exam, is UW. No, not even FA. Once you have your concepts from verified sources (i.e., Kaplan...) then you can grab FA and read it in a breeze.

I say like an above poster. Try to find it online and check it out before buying. As something free or really cheap, it's worth it...but not those $700.
