Blood Which of these bleeding disorders

A 24-year-old patient with a congenital bleeding disorder undergoes routine laboratory testing. Relevant results include:

Leukocyte count: 4,900/mm3
Hemoglobin: 14.4 g/dL
Hematocrit: 43%
Platelet count: 147,000/mm3
Bleeding time: 12 minutes
Prothrombin time: 13 seconds
Partial thromboplastin time (activated): 33 seconds

Which is the likely diagnosis?
A. Bernard-Soulier disease
B. von Willebrandís disease
C. Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura
D. Factor IX deficiency
E. Hemolytic uremic syndrome

Default platelet adhesion defect

answer is A, only bleeding time is prolonged despite adequate platelet. PT & aPTT, Hb all normal.

yeaaa bernard soulier bleeding time increased normal is 3-7 minutes
platelet adhesion defect
