if you're done with kaplan-uworld qbank+1-2 passes thru FA it's not worth it.GT fails to explain a lot of things, though it's pretty good for memorization and quick-reinforcment of material.for more comprehensive review http://forums.studentdoctor.net/show...664718&page=50
bottom line:if you're at the earlier stage of your prep - you can do it(find a promod code in the internet), however if your exam's about to happen do not bother yourself.

if you're at the begging of your prep you migh consider to buy subscription.GT is good for fast recall, however, it often fails to explain the subject deeper.If your exam in 2-3 months do not do it.
Bottom line:you caanot use teh GT alone, you have to supplement GT additional material.
Btw, you can use GT for free for certain period of time,check out their website.
