Yes I would assume so... due to its "transmural" effects on GI tract... creating fistulas.

there is discrepancy that kp video said it uncommon in crohn's but book written as common which make me confused

Yeh, i would go with what's written... since its pretty easy to make verbal mistakes while lecturing.

are
those involving joints and skin .

Mostly Ulcerative colitis confined to colon whereas crohn's have wide range of symptoms.
