Question AIDS pt. with cancer

A 36 yr old male with AIDS develops reddish, slightly raised rash on face and mouth consistent in appearance of cancer affecting dermis...microscopically the proliferating cells in malignancy resemble the following?

a) lymphoma
b) malignant fibrous histiocytoma
c) angiosarcoma
d) liposarcoma
e) melanoma

c: angiosarcoma is right answer.....
as u said, kaposi sarcoma also invades blood vessel endothelium......
