Post c is correct

the most appropriate answer is C) RELAPSING FEVER

relapsing fever is seldomly caused by borrelia burgdorferi.....it is most commonly caused by borrelia recurrentis.......
that is the exception from all the borreli species for borrelia recurrentis...rest other species causes lyme disease...and also it's difference lies in vector causing .....ticks for all other species...louse for recuurentis

salmonella typhi causes step ladder fever mainly.....may be continuous in few.....

also brucellosis(by brucella)......causes undulating fever, a kind of step ladder fever

as for rest other options....all are correctly matched....

So borrelia recurrentis also causes lyme's disease?
