Unhappy RR Biochemistry and Physiology are spinning my head?

How to to read biochemistry and physiology.
Rapid review books (Biochemistry and Physiology) do not give much information for to understand the concept.
Is there any other book to read for understand the principles?

I am an old IMG pls help how to read this subjects

Stop Biochemistry and Physiology RR series are not good

Why did you choose the rapid review books in Biochemistry?
