I thinks its Vincent angina.
Vincent angina is associated with anaerobes such as Fusobacterium and Spirochetes like Borrelia and Treponema.:sorry:

Correct Answer e is the right one

yes, the correct answer is E) vincent angina-----

vincent angina aka trench mouth
---is necrotic ulcerative gingivitis caused by several bacterial infections------like treponemas, actinomyces...usually presented in HIV people( immunocompromised hosts)

angina pectoris-----not caused by infection primarily.....caused by atheromatous lesions----substernal chest pain

prinzmetal angina/variant angina
-------kind of angina with ST elevation, caused by coronary vasospasms

ludwig angina-----submandibular or sublingual gland necrotic infection usually caused by streptococcus

herpangina------caused by coxsackie A virus which also cause hand foot mouth disease

there are no such angina's exist-----st.vitus and rosefield
