Default Forgetting stuff Help

Hi there,
I been studying for STEP 1 for about couple months now. I am doing Kaplan Lecture notes for now. I am done with Embryo, Anatomy, Neuroanatomy, Bchem, Physio, Micro. Currently working on Immuno. But I feel like forgot everything i learned in early subjects. Its just not sticking. I learned it good the first time around, but i never went back to review it. I did questions after every subjects. And now i am just getting tired. I am so worried that i forgot everything, that I can't even focus on what i am currently working on. I am really anxious and freaking out. How do you recommend to review the stuff? What should i do?

Also for some reason, i just get exhausted after 7pm. I have no intrest to study. My motivation just drops, and brain just dies. ughh... How you guys keep going?

I asked my senior this question when I was starting and he told me the key is repetition repetition repetitionSo don't worry,it's natural to forget things but with a little cue, they will be recalled.I think it happened to everyone especially the 1st 2months or so when doing KLNs but soon they will all stick like leech.

If you can read 6-8 hrs dly,I think that should be enough.Gl
with God,nothing is impossible...PREMATCHED!!!
