Med-Essentials is Kaplan's version of "FA". It is basically just Kaplan notes devoid of all the B.S. in there. Just another way for Kaplan to get more money out of you. If you have Kaplan notes, then you don't need Kaplan Med-Essentials

Arrow This is polled in our USMLE Step 1 Books Forum

We have a poll in which we asked members to vote for which is better MedEssentials or First Aid.
Please have a look there

I know a site where you can download some handy office first aid signs and posters for free. Here is the link --> http://www.alscofirstaid.com.au/first-aid-signs.html

I am not using Kaplan LN except for Biochem.
Does it make sense to buy Kaplan Medessentials to look at charts and stuff in case I missed something in the books that I study from?

I am also confused, between first aid and kaplan medessential. . . .
medessential is short form of kaplan but there is some extra information. . .
according to me its better to read both once if you already completed kaplan notes. . .

I have completed kaplan qbank in which 5-10% questions have exclussive medessential references. . .
Starting u world in few days lets see what it contains. . !!!!
