Planning Step 1 Study and Preparation Plan

Hi everybody! I have read many useful suggestions and recommendations on this forum regarding a preparation and selection of the most useful resources. I have created my plan and wanted to share this with everyone here.

1. Kaplan Lecture Notes 2010 (except two of them that are listed below)
2. Goljan Rapid Review Pathology 3d edition with Goljan audio lectures
3. BRS Physiology 4th edition
4. Medical Ethics (C. Fisher) in addition to Kaplan Behavioral Science 2010
5. Kaplan Videos 2010
6. First Aid 2012
7. I also plan to study CT images from some resources, since I read that it was very important. If somebody knows the best ones, please, recommend me.
8. Kaplan Qbook
9. Kaplan QBank subscription for 1 year. There are two options to subscribe: either 1 month - 99$ or 1 year - 250 $. I know that it is usually used for two months (198 $), but I think that it is more rational (cost/time of use) to have 1 year subscription and begin to do some questions by subjects after learning some material, then in random blocks etc. I will have more practice with questions this way.
10. USMLE World QBank subscription for 2 months.
11. NBME forms.

I’ve finished Anatomy. I am studying Biochemistry now.
I have been studying the following way:
1. First reading, watching videos, making notes, reading notes, doing and analyzing questions in the end of every chapter and again making notes.
• After a subject is finished, I will do questions from the Kaplan Qbook and Kaplan Qbank regarding this particular subject.
• When I finish 3 subjects, I will do Kaplan Qbank in 3 random subjects. After that I will do Qbanks only in random. I am going to do it mostly timed and random, especially when it is closer to the end of preparation.
2. Second reading is planned to change for second watching, listening (I found it more effective for me than reading) and reading FA with my notes.
• I plan mostly to do USMLE World QBank for 2 months during my second revise closer to the end of my preparation.
• Any information that is unclear (material, questions etc.), is always added to my notes and subsequently to the FA.
3. Last revise with FA and notes, doing QBanks.
4. Doing NBME forms.

I am going to take Step 1 in the August 2013.
So, what do you think about my plan? Is it good and real? Which disadvantages did you notice? I would be glad to get your opinion, suggestions, and recommendations. Thank you very much!

I think its great.. everyone's plan is great..the only challange is 1) completing it and 2) finishing it on time, for example a 5-6 month plan shouldn't drag to an entire year because you end up forgetting stuff
